Vegan and Gluten-Free Brownie Hearts and Brownie Truffles

Vegan and Gluten-Free Brownie Hearts and Brownie Truffles

January 2024 - Emily Austin

Hey there, sweet-toothed friends! I've got a delightful treat for all of you this Valentine's Day. Imagine combining the warmth of love with the indulgence of the most chocolatey, gluten-free, vegan brownies. Put on your aprons because we're baking our Chelsea Approved Brownie Mix, creating not just one, but two delectable desserts: Brownie Hearts and Brownie Truffles!

Baking Love with Chelsea Approved's Vegan & Gluten-Free Brownie Mix

Valentine's Day is all about spreading love, and what better way to do that than with homemade treats? Our Chelsea Approved Brownie Mix is your ideal baking companion. It's not just vegan and gluten-free; it's also dairy-free, egg-free, and free from the top 9 allergens – a true delight for all dessert enthusiasts, no matter their dietary needs.

Begin your love-infused baking journey with a batch of our classic brownies. The process is super easy, and the result? Absolutely chocolatey and irresistible. What I adore about this mix is how it is perfectly fudgy and cuts beautifully. It's like a love letter to every brownie lover out there!

Heart-Shaped Delights

Once your brownies have cooled, it's time for some Valentine's Day magic. We're using  Ann Clark USA  made heart-shaped cookie cutters for that extra dose of adorable. Gently press the cutters into your brownies and there you have it – the cutest, heart-shaped brownies ever! These beauties are perfect for home and friends.

Transforming Leftovers into Decadent Dairy-Free Brownie Truffles

Let's talk about making magic with leftovers. Resist the temptation to snack on those brownie scraps (I know, it's hard!) and instead, crumble them up. Roll these crumbs into little balls – your future brownie truffles are taking shape. Melt your favorite vegan chocolate chips – our favorite are the  Pascha semi-sweet chips  – and drench your brownie balls in this chocolatey goodness. A quick chill in the fridge, and you're almost at the finish line.

The Final Touch: Decorate with Allergen-Free Love

Decorating is where you can really let your creativity shine. Grab some pink frosting and go wild. Adorn your brownie hearts and truffles, turning them into festive, irresistible treats. Whether you're a frosting expert or just having fun, this is your chance to add a personal touch to these delightful desserts.

Celebrate a Dairy-Free and Egg-Free Valentine's Day with Chelsea Approved

What makes these brownies and truffles so special is their embodiment of the Valentine's Day spirit. They're not just desserts; they're sweet symbols of love and care. Plus, their simplicity means more quality time with your loved ones, less time in the kitchen.

Enjoy these vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-free wonders guilt-free. They're perfect for everyone, proving that dessert can be inclusive and absolutely scrumptious. Trust me, after one bite of these brownie hearts and truffles, you'll be smitten – not just with their taste but with the joy of baking them.

Notes and Baking Tips:
