I love these and they’re super easy to make.
I bought these on a whim at a Christmas market because I’ve celiac disease and I live with someone who’s a vegan and someone who’s not gluten or dairy free but who loves snickerdoodles and they were a hit soft and sweet but not too sweet. They filled the house with an aroma that smelled like homemade apple sauce.

Perfection
I actually used to cookie mix to make a cobbler and with my whole family having issues with gluten your cookie mix was amazing. The cobbler turned out great and no one knew it was gluten free.

Good with peanut butter on top
I think these cookies are pretty good for what they are. They’re more soft than crunchy (my preference),and they have a sweet flavor. I did notice a subtle bitterness reminiscent of peanut butter, so I added 1 tbsp of pb to the top of one cookie and it was divine.

Three grandkids all gluten free. Very hard to find gluten free food. The girls loved the bread. I have made two batches of banana bread and pumpkin bread. They it it as fast as I make it.
