    Finally!!

    Being allergic to dairy and eggs is very difficult to find bakery items in stores. I'm always having to make my own and having these mixes ready to go with simple additional ingredients makes baking so much easier. Love just being able to keep simple or add additional vegan chocolate chips or nuts... love these mixes... you will not regret buying...

    Versatile, easy, delicious

    I love this mix! It tastes good, it's easy to make, and it's easy to modify. I've tried it with cinnamon applesauce in place of some of the fat, I've tried it with Chinese five-spice blend, I've made thumbprint cookies with it--it all turns out great. The cookies even still taste good when I burn them a little bit, which is sadly not uncommon because I'm no good at baking and my oven is temperamental. And when I make them plain just following the instructions, they go great with coffee.
