All of the Chelsea Approved products are made with a combination of 8 simple ingredients! We chose our ingredients carefully so that we could make amazing, high quality products, without the fillers and gums that our competitors rely on. Gluten free shouldn’t be complicated!

4 ingredients at home

Vegan in the bag, vegan when you bake! These mixes are so easy to make, and will never call for eggs or butter. These mixes were designed so that you can make them with ingredients right in your kitchen! Most of our mixes can be made by just adding Oil and Water. Bananas are added to the banana bread for a perfect homemade loaf!

Clean Ingredients

All Chelsea Approved baking mixes start with Buckwheat Flour. Buckwheat grows fast and acts as a great “green manure,” adding nutrients back into the soil when it breaks down. Buckwheat is a low water, low fertilizer crop that grows easily across the US and Canada!
