- 1 bag Chelsea Approved Banana Bread Mix
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 (15oz) Can Pumpkin
- 2/3 Cup Oil
- 1/3 Cup Water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, add the Chelsea Approved Banana Bread Mix, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and sugar. Stir a few times to mix.
- Add the canned pumpkin, water, oil, and vanilla to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined into a thick, smooth batter.
- Prepare a bread pan or muffin tin by coating with oil or lining with parchment paper.
- Pour all the batter into a bread pan or muffin tin.
- Bake the loaf for 50-60 minutes and the muffins for 20-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (the muffin timing will depend on the size of the muffins).
- Remove from oven and let rest in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
