- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows (we love the Dandies brand)
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (we love the Pashca brand)
- 1-2 TBSP Cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)
Directions
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Whisk together the oil, water, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add the bag of Chelsea Approved Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, and stir until the dough forms.
- Form the dough into 6 large bakery cookies or 12 regular sized dough balls, and press down slightly to form a puck. (Tip: the cookies bake best if on 1 baking sheet).
- Place a few extra chocolate chips and marshmallows onto each cookie, pressing down slightly so they don't fall off.
- Sprinkle all the cookies with cinnamon until lightly covered.
- Bake the cookies for 16-18 minutes for 12 cookies, and 18-20 minutes for 6 large cookies.
- Remove from oven and let the cookies cool completely on the pan.
