- Add the canned pumpkin, water, oil, and vanilla to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined into a thick, smooth batter.
- Prepare a 1/2 baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour all the batter onto the 1/2 baking sheet and spread the batter evenly across to create a thin cake layer.
- Bake the bake for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Roll and Cool: Once baked to perfection, carefully roll the warm cake along with the parchment paper into a log shape. Allow it to cool completely.
- Mix the cream cheese frosting ingredients in another bowl until a smooth frosting forms.
