Gluten Free, Vegan, Oil Free Banana Bread Recipe

Directions

Step 1

Heat oven to 375F.

Step 2

Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add water, and stir until combined.

Step 3

Add all the dry mix to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly to create a smooth batter.

Step 4

Pour all the batter into an oiled bread pan. Bake banana bread for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (internal temperature of 200F).

Step 5

Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, and then transfer to a cooling rack. Once it reaches room temperature, cut and serve!
