I think these cookies are pretty good for what they are. They’re more soft than crunchy (my preference),and they have a sweet flavor. I did notice a subtle bitterness reminiscent of peanut butter, so I added 1 tbsp of pb to the top of one cookie and it was divine.

Three grandkids all gluten free. Very hard to find gluten free food. The girls loved the bread. I have made two batches of banana bread and pumpkin bread. They it it as fast as I make it. Found your ad in the gluten free magazine I got to help me learn more. Also I was born and raised in orleans, Vermont. Do you have any other gluten free products. Again thank you.
