As we wrap up 2024, Emily (me), Chelsea, and Adam, continue to be amazed by your support and enthusiasm. This year brought exciting changes and even more allergy-free goodness!

Celebrated Community
Throughout 2024, we continued strengthening our local roots through farmers markets and events. These face-to-face interactions remain central to our mission of building a community around inclusive, delicious baking.
Published 14 New Allergy-Free Recipes
Last year we published 14 new recipes, and remixed recipes, including the popular blueberry muffins (gluten free and vegan), the best gluten-free and vegan Valentine’s Day desserts, and Marbled Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe (gluten-free and vegan). Be on the lookout for even more recipes in 2025.

Shipped Baking Mixes to 42 States

Redesigned Our Website
One highlight of 2024 was relaunching our ecommerce site, chelseaapproved.com. The refreshed design maintains our core mission while making it easier to explore our ingredients, discover recipes, and shop our full product line.
Collaborated with EverDream
In September 2024 we began working with Everdream, a small but experienced marketing studio! This collaboration sets the stage for expanding our online presence in 2025 with some exciting initiatives we can't wait to share!
Looking Ahead to 2025
When we launched in 2023, we knew chocolate chip cookies would be the flagship, main attraction, tent pole of the business. That is why all our best photos are of chocolate chip cookies! In 2024 we focused on banana bread and all its wonderful cousins like pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, and chocolate cupcakes. 2025 is the year of the pancake and waffle for Chelsea Approved! We’re excited to flip into the summer and make more baking mixes for you.
